I had bounced around from physician to physician because of back pain for over six years. I had even been to two pain management doctors and they told me that I needed surgery. I was referred to Dr. Wupperman by a pain management doctor. After a few visits, we scheduled surgery, I spent twenty days in the hospital learning to walk again, but seven months from surgery, I am pain free and enjoying life. Personally, I can't thank Dr. Wupperman enough for helping me to enjoy life again.
I would like to say my surgery was suprisingly a good one . It was my first surgery an Dr Wupperman an staff made me feel very comfortable. The staff checked on me after surgery an when I called asking a question they were always prompt. I have several friends who had surgery with Dr Wupperman an they had nothing but great things to say about him they recommend me to Dr Wupperman an I’m glad they did , good doctor !!!
This is THE best doctor I have ever seen for any reason. He is thoughtful, kind, caring. He explains everything he is going to do and what to expect afterwards. I have and will continue to, refer anyone who needs an excellent doctor, to Dr. Wupperman.. Thanks for your help with most painful back.
Dr Wupperman performed a fusion and 4 discectomys on me 7 months ago. This guy is a master surgeon, I think he’s part magician too. He listens, he solves problems. I think the world of him and his PA Valerie Cavaso. Both of them are empathetic and know every aspect of the human spine.
I chose Dr Wupperman because of his past experience as a physical therapist. A trained MD with the practical, hands-on background of a PT seemed like the perfect professional to consult about my back pain. I found him to be extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. I ended up not needing medical treatment, but he referred me for therapy. Everyone in his office is friendly, caring and professional. Highly recommend.
Dr Wupperman is an excellent doctor. His “bedside manner “ is great. He is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. He listens to you, exams you and discusses a plan. He’s friendly and easy to talk to, and a skillful surgeon. He’s the best!
This is my second major spinal surgery on two different levels with him, and am happy with both results. Highly recommend Dr. Wupperman.
I have already been recommending this practice. Dr. Wupperman is so very efficient, thorough, articulate and kind. He definitely does not “rush to surgery”. I value this enormously. He makes recommendations to other dr.s———I went to him after getting to know him through my S.O.’s very necessary spinal surgery. I have pain from a herniated disc and some other age-related spinal issues. He was very informative and sent recommendations to my pain management physician.
Dr. Wupperman has performed 3 spine surgeries on me . I was lucky to have found him, because I was already in a wheelchair when he did my surgery. He has always treated my family well. He explains what is going to happen and why. Plus, the best part is he is very conservative as far as treatment is concerned.
