While noticing the reviews of others who have had success with Wupperman, I cannot relate. Wupperman and his staff are dismissive of others, not interested in care post surgery (yes, they are operating with no post surgery care plans outside of calls from patients in horrible pain with complications). I went into surgery at a 6/10 pain level and left in a 12/10 pain level. The staff did not answer calls or return them at all. The phone system is just being repaired (in 2024) from 2023. The worst part of the experience is his... read more

Had XLIF L4/L5 Back fusion.. Dr. Wupperman compressed my L3 Nerve to the point where i could not move it when i woke from the anesthesia, my leg was a "Dead Fish"... From what was supposed to be a 2 day hospital stay turned into 2 months.. Dr Wupperman was disrespectful, immature, and belittling under my "Care".. We wanted me to move my leg and to use all my strength he uttered: "You should see your face" then on a follow-up visit, i questioned about nerve pain in my neck, Dr Wupperman's response was to put his fingers in hi... read more

I went to Dr. Wupperman to fix what 2 other spine surgeons couldn't. I'd had previous lumbar back surgeries that didn't heal, with continued pinching on nerves and loose hardware. Dr. Wupperman spent more time with me on my first visit than the other doctors spent all together, explaining in great detail what was going on and what needed to be done. I felt comfortable with him right away. Six weeks post-op, I feel better than I have felt in 10+ years, and can stand up straight for the first time in memory. He's having to res... read more

Good Surgeon but has the maturity level of a 3 year old Back Fusion surgery with complications (was never made aware of beforehand) - Moving my leg "You should see the face you're making" while in agony - Telling him a concern i have... He put his fingers in his ears like a 3 year old... This one star review is a gift not only for Dr Wupperman to improve and learn from, but more importantly his patients to have a better experience with him

Dr Wupperman was able to diagnose my spinal column collaspe after the first visit with a 3-D MRI. I had been searching with other Drs. for 3 years with no success and was considering a spinal cord stimulation implant, when he said surgery would fix my problem. Thank God for Dr. Wupperman I am 100% better.

Since the onset of all my spinal issues, and there were many that needed critical attention, Dr. Wupperman has brilliantly, compassionately, and with absolute integrity, addressed every issue with terrific success!! From a life of constant, debilitating pain, I am now living free of pain and able to perform everything that I need to do including running 30 second agility courses with my dog. Yes, I have some limitations such as sitting or standing for long periods or lifting heavy weights, but taking the precautions advised ... read more
