Overall good experience I was a new patient office visit from checkin to checkout was 30 minutes way faster than I expected. I was shown and discussed what was going on and treatment without feeling rushed. All the staff I encountered smiled and introduced themselves.
I would totally recommend Dr.Wuppermann to friends and others. Dr. Wuppermann has saved my life in so many ways through the years.
I am a 75 year old female. Five years ago Austin Spine was recommended to me. I met Dr Wupperman and he changed my life for the good. I had a crooked spine and five compressed discs. He fixed all these and I have been free of pain since October 2013.
My first visit with Dr. Wupperman was an intense exam during which he and his staff treated me with courtesy and respect. He was efficient and thorough. Everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable.
Dr. Wupperman knew exactly what I needed and agreed to take care of my situation promptly. Highly recommended.
Dr. Wupperman speaks directly to you, he answers your questions, takes the time to review your records and includes your thoughts in the treatment recommendations. The wait time was very short both in the lobby and in the treatment room. I'd recommend him and Austin Spine in general to anyone needing help or diagnosis on back problems.
I have been a patient of Dr Wupperman for 10 years. He has performed 3 surgeries on my back. During every interaction I have had with him he has been patient,forthcoming and honest even when it is bad news. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding his profession but is able to communicate his knowledge in a way you can understand. Dr Valerie Cavazos goes out of her way to help me any time and is always upbeat and supportive,the same can be said regarding Kenya who has been amazing
