Receptionist was awesome. Doctor Griffey was over an hour late and not nice at all. Seemed frustrated because I was 'tense'. I've never had that procedure and was told absolutely nothing about it by him. I'll continue to deal with the VA Beach location, but never going to Kempsville location again. Cancelling my upcoming appointment on Monday. I don't deal with inconsiderate, condescending individuals.
The visit was good.
