Dr Klem is a fantastic dermatologist. Totally professional and committed to her patients. She diagnosis the problem and then clearly details the steps to solve the problem. I feel very safe in her hands. I recommend her unconditionally.
Fantastic overall experience! I received services (fillers and toxins) at the Boca office with Dr. Klem and assistants. The offices were well maintained. Staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. Dr. Klem and support staff were friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and took time to discuss personal concerns and aesthetic goals. Happy client.
Dr. KLEM and all of the staff were so friendly and kind and Dr. Klem was amazing so thorough and gentle I will be going back to her.
I made an appointment because I needed a few spots her to look at and I have hyperpigmentation on my face from the sun I guess. When I tried to talk to her about my face she just kept on looking at my skin. I asked her again and she said “you are only here for me to do a body check for skin cancer , you will have to make an appointment with “ I do not remember who she said. I appreciated Dr. Klem's knowledge and ability and explanations. I was comfortable in her presence.Her assistant Tasmia was considerate and kind.
Appointment felt rushed and Dr. seemed unconcerned or disinterested. Explained things quickly, as if in a hurry to move on. Seemed like essentially no time or care was taken during the exam.
My visit was amazing. The doctor was very helpful. Listened to my needs and took care of me promptly! Excellent service.
Dr. Klem is amazing. She is so professional, kind, quick and caring. I would recommend her to anyone seeking an A+ professional dermatologist. My family has all had the same wonderful experience with her.
