Brief, but thorough, with good advice for prevention of future problems.
Any visit to a doctor can create a bit of anxiety, however, Dr Klem and her staff make the process of an exam and required procedures/treatments stress free. I highly recommend Dr Klem and Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery. The experienced physicians and staff are second to none.
Everything was excellent. I was very well treated at check in, by Dr. Klem’s assistant and by Dr. Klem. My appointment was respected and my time with the doctor was only what was necessary. My wife and I have now both had good experiences with Dr. Klem and her team.
Dr. Klem was friendly, answered all of my questions and was very efficient and thorough. Definitely would recommend her.
Always welcoming never feel rushed. My go to dermatologist ..she listens and explaining any thing I ask about too ??
I was very pleased with the promptness and efficiency of everyone in the office.
I received seven reminders which was annoying Plus a phone Call and the receptionist Did NOT have her mask on which was quite disturbing. She was very unprofessional in that she was gossipy and in Everyone’s business which slowed down her ability to do her job and give back my insurance card. The doctor is wonderful, she listens, seems thorough and is very pleasant.
The doctor is very good and all of them also
So disappointing, The skin exam was cursory at best and Patty Klem lacked any personality - she was cold and seemed uninterested in me as a client. I couldn't have felt less welcome.
