Dr Klem is always awesome. Patient, caring, a good listener. Always had good solutions for my skin problems.
My visit was in March of 2020. I do not know why you want to know about something that was 11 months ago. As far as I am able to remember I was satisfied with the visit.
I was very impressed with my visit, namely the attention to all of my concerns, and will most definitely be back when the need arises.

Dr. Klem is absolutely wonderful. She does a fantastic job taking care of my wife and me. She carefully listens to what we have to say.
I have no idea how she is a doctor when she is ready to leave the room the moment she steps in. She did not ask for my history or any important information. She relied on a diagnostic test but when the test came back inconclusive, she gave me a diagnosis that makes no clinical sense. She is nice but if you want a doctor that will spend more than 5 minutes with you, go somewhere else. Also, they have abhorrent billing practices
