Excellent, needs to spend more personal time with some clients that also need " FAMILY PRACTIC ", doctor.
DO, Klem alleges to be my friend, and I believe she is. She has been very straight forward, and I would never give permissions for anyone to cut on my neck without investigation. I trust her with my loife, and I know she has a husband so it is not the " WHITE COTE SYNDROME " Stay Blessed. G
She did an amazing job & I look 10 years younger! I’ll be back in 3 months!
I have had one visit. It was very good. Dr. Klem was informative and helpful. Removed several items and said it may leave a mark. I found with proper care (ointment/bandage) barely a mark. She was very careful and no pain. I will be returning. I did find her desk staff to be very busy and not that friendly, dismissive. The office nurse that assisted her was great!
Caring and professional
I have been to Dr. Klem for years, however, with my last visit, SHE BURNED ME SO BADLY AND DEEPLY ON MY RIGHT ANGLE with that LIQUID NITROGEN, that my primary doctor had to SEND A WOUND CARE NURSE for weeks afterwards to tend to the OPEN WOUND BURN!!! PLUS, SHE TOLD ME ON MY LAST VISIT, NOT TO COME TO HER ANYMORE BECAUSE I HAD SAID SHE RUSHED ME THROUGH ON MY LAST VISIT. WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE!!!! SHE USED TO BE WONDERFUL, BUT NOT ANYMORE!!!!

My first visit there and was comfortable from the minute I arrived. Staff very helpful and curtious. Dr Klem was very friendly and warm. Im a patient for life. Fantastic experience.
i will say she is the best i ever found ,her and her assistant very professional and makes the client very comfortable and they solve the problem i highly recommend them
