Always a pleasant experience when the reason for it isn't. Very kind, compassionate and caring nurses and Dr. Phatak is a #1 doctor! If you're nervous, DON'T BE, they will take good care of you.
Dr Phatak and the entire staff was very kind and understanding. Dr. Phatak took time with me and listened to me. I felt souch better when I left the office.
Handle the process very well and explained what she did. I was very pleased with the staff members.
Dr. Phatak's diligence during a routine visit led to the discovery and referral of my rare cancer that was followed by a successful major surgery. Though no longer directly involved, she continues to follow my case and even took the time recently to call and check on my well-being - who does that? I take great comfort in knowing that she is watching!
Today, I had a virtual meeting with Dr. Phatak to understand my test results and subsequent treatment and test plan. This was my first virtual meeting on medical and I was nervous if I would be able to achieve the conversation level that I had in past in-person meeting. However, Dr. Phatak explained me my test results, answered all the questions and guided me on future labs and tests to be done. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. She listened to all my queries, and answered them to my satisfaction.
I experienced a few glitches (that were resolved quickly) with the receptionist for checkin on a virtual visit. But my first appointment with Dr Phatak was exceptional! She was very thorough, genuinely seemed interested and patiently explained everything to me. She asked me several questions to get to know my situation and gave me plenty of opportunity to ask any questions I had. It’s rare these days to find a doctor who seems to genuinely leaves you feeling like a person and not a number. I’d highly recommend Dr Phatak!
I rarely fill out online reviews, but felt compelled to put out a positive review for Dr. Nina Phatak. I have had gastric issues for years - no doctor has been able to truly diagnose the issue. Dr. Phatak is a thorough and detailed Gastroenterologist. As a patient with Chrohns disease for 12+ years, my treatment plan has kept me in remission from further disease progression. Dr. Phatak offers virtual visits, and is very easy to communicate with through the office portal. I would highly recommend Dr. Phatak and her staff. Nurses are wonderful as well!
She shouldn’t be a doctor. She won’t give you results, she’ll tell you it’s all in your head and that you need a therapist, and she’ll keep your medical records from other doctors as well as spill her opinion of you to other doctors. She also decided to try to trick me into doing the procedure again the next day not even 30 seconds after I woke up from anesthesia...
