Dr. Phatak was very thorough and listened to me when i described my symptoms when my prior GI did not. She knew right away what was wrong and squeezed me into her already booked procedure schedule the next day and diagnosed and treated my ulcer. She ordered several follow up procedures to ensure I was healed. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a qualified and caring GI.
Everything I had read or heard about Dr. Arnold was true. He was patient, knowledgeable, pleasant, informative and kind. I very much liked that he sees surgery as a last result and offers many suggestions to help avoid it. He was recommended to me and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good gastroenterologist.
Amazing doctor! My primary care referred me to a GI doctor for some liver concerns. Depite going into my appointment with a lot of anxiety, Dr. Arnold was extremely friendly, answered my 9383 questions fully, and educated me about my condition and a plan for management. When test results came back, he sent me a message through the online portal and when I replied back with some more questions, he responded the same day! HIGHLY recommended!
After years of going to another doctor and not quite understand my diagnosis and treatment, I saw Dr. Arnold and he took the time to clearly explain everything to me making sure I understood and answering every question I had. The office staff is also very helpful and friendly, a win-win!

Dr. Arnold has a wonderful bedside manner, is kind, personable with a sense of humor. He is upfront with his diagnosis, yet offers treatment options and hope for outcome, leaving you concerned, yet relieved. He takes his time, sits with you and explains things thoroughly even using pictures. He takes the time to listen and answer all questions even the many from a health professional patient. I would recommend him to anyone!
