Dr. Phatak was just terrific in every way. Very knowledgeable, thorough and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend her highly.
I came on time with my paperwork ready for my first visit and was seen within 5 minutes! The staff was friendly & efficient. Dr. Phatak was wonderful! She listened, took notes, asked questions with the correct balance of empathy and medical expertise and she allowed me the time necessary to share my medical concerns with her. She then discussed the tests that needed to be done to seek a diagnosis. She did everything I was hoping for in meeting a new Dr. and I could not have been more pleased!
Dr. Phatak was very thorough with her diagnosis and treatment options. She was sure to include me and my thoughts and concerns while assisting me with the appropriate treatment options. Very courteous and professional while friendly and down to earth.
