I recently had a colonoscopy in her Warrenton office. Her staff was kind and very knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly.
I want to express appreciation for Dr. Phatak’s care for me over the past year. Yesterday’s visit was no exception where she and the team provided professional and personal care that was above reproach. Her explanation of procedures and most important, the follow up to ensure health and well-being goes above and beyond. In the Coast Guard there is a saying for a job well done and that is, “Bravo Zulu.” Thank you Dr. Phatak.
I had a good visit with her and her staff. She provides good information about the procedure and answers questions in a way anyone can understand.
Dr. Phatak, did a fantastic job with my procedure. She gave a thorough explanation about it and she made me feel comfortable going in. She came by afterward and delivered the results and I never felt that I was out the loop. I appreciate her God given skill.
Dr. Phatak has been providing care to me for a number of Gastro issues for about 7 years. Every contact with Dr. Phatak, whether an office visit, virtual visit, or in hospital procedure, always leaves me satisfied that all questions have been answered, procedures have been explained, and a plan for ongoing care exists. Dr. Phatak has always addressed my health issues in the most professional, caring and competent way possible. I would recommend Dr. Phatak without reservation.
Doc Phatak is extremely thorough and has a great bedside manner. Doctors often get lost in the medical jargon and forget that us lowly patients get lost in the details. Doc Phatak took the time to make sure I understood the information she was passing on, and for that few minutes, I was the only patient she had. I had her full attention. Hopefully I will not need a gastroenterologist in the future but...If I do I know where to go.
After a life of painful symptoms, Dr. Phatak diagnosed my Crohn's Disease and has kept me in remission for over 10 years. I am very grateful for her knowledge and unwavering attention and care.
Dr. Phatak made my colonoscopy few weeks ago. She was pleasant, and professional. I felt very comfortable. I definitely recommend her.
I mistakenly had some water this morning. Rather than make me repeat this painful preparation they rearranged the schedule for me so I could complete everything today. They could not have been nicer nor more accommodating. I highly recommend this highly professional and extremely kind staff to anyone. Dr Phatak runs a great practice.
