Dr. Phatak has been my GI doctor for several years. She really listens to my concerns, answers all of my questions and explains what is going on and what the treatment plan is. She is thorough without ordering unnecessary tests. She has a great team supporting her. Dr. Phatak and her staff were professional as well as friendly and kind. I truly appreciate the care provided - I didn't feel like just another number. I highly recommend her and the practice!!

What stood out is the level of courtesy that the nurses and Dr. Phatak exhibit to patients. I was made comfortable every step of the way and I appreciate that a lot. Especially when the prep for endoscopy is a pain, the comfort and care during the visit and procedure is much more welcome and needed.

Had the BEST experience with Dr. Phatak. Her office and nurses kept me informed during the entire procedure and they were warm and friendly. Dr. Phatak told me what to expect and met with me after the procedure and explained the results. VERY professional and gave me the best care.

Dr. Phatak performed GI procedures for both myself and my wife. Both times, we were very impressed with Dr. Phatak professionalism, expertise, and friendliness. Her entire team, particularly the nurses at her Warrenton, Virginia location is top notch. We cannot say enough how glad we went with Dr. Phatak for such sensitive but scary procedure, particularly as first time patients.
