She is an excellent doctor; she is friendly, approachable and communicates well, from the procedure expectations to the final results. Dr. Phatak has performed three procedures on me in 2022 and 2023. Not only is she an excellent surgeon, she also takes the time to explain her findings with me with just enough medical jargon and details for me to understand and with a great degree of empathy and care. Dr. Phatak has a very busy schedule but never rushes with her discussions with me. She has become my “go to” surgeon in this practice.
