Dr. Phatak is compassionate and takes the time to thoroughly explain procedure and answer questions. Very knowledgeable and professional.
From the moment I walk into their office, I always feel welcomed and cared for. Dr. Phatak is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional but also compassionate and attentive to all of my concerns. I never feel rushed during appointments, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and well-informed. The office staff is also very friendly, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
This is my second colonoscopy with Dr. Phatak. She is knowledgeable and she always takes the time to listen to my unique situation before my procedure. She is the best! I also love her anesthesiologist, Dorie. She is amazing! She listened carefully to my specific concern and adjusted the medication for me. Dr. Phatak and Ms. Dorie both talked to me before and after my procedure. I love the nurses, too and office staff. Great experience for the 2nd time!
Dr Phatak is a caring physician, explains procedures thoroughly and then asks if any questions.
She came into the prep room before the procedure to verify name and procedure, ask if there were any questions and explained what the procedure was going to involve and what she would be looking for. She returned after the procedure to review preliminary results and when to expect further results. Overall great bedside manner, courteous and professional. Definitely would recommend.

Dr. Phatak is one of the most kind and knowledgeable doctors I've ever met. She did a stellar job with my colonoscopy. Her bedside manner is so personable and compassionate. She takes time to talk to the patient, give her feedback and suggestions, and listen to your medical history. She is extremely professional and kind.
