Good visit from start to finish. Reception and nursing staff were great! Fantastic job of calming and comforting some rather anxiety ridden, and very tired (from prep) patients. Dr Phatak was great at explaining the procedure and answering questions. Wonderful bedside manner.Looking forward to next time...in 5 years :)
I was truly terrified of getting my first colonoscopy but I can tell you that this office totally put me at ease. Every person there was kind, caring and very professional. I had a lot questions and they made me feel as if all of my questions were valid and important and were so helpful and patient in answering them all. I have been very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Phatak and her staff at Gastroenterology Associates. I have had an endoscopy and colonoscopy and had excellent care for both. Dr. Pharaoh is very personable, explains well, and answers any questions I have.
I had my 3rd colonoscopy with Dr. Phatak. I am always pleased with her skills and the professionalism of her staff. Everyone is friendly and talented resulting in a successful procedure.
