Dr. Phatak is very hard to make an appointment with, get on the phone for a conversation, or talk about results following testing. I needed a test and practice stated anyone in practice could perform this. This is completely unacceptable. Clinical staff can give results but no explanation about what they are saying as they don’t have the medical knowledge to discuss.

Dr Phatak is very professional and compassionate. Reassured me when I was very stressed. Procedure and prep were explained in detailed by her office prior to colonoscopy. They followed up with several texts and calls to be sure I understood what would happen and what I needed to do to prepare. Dr Phatak met with me before procedure and wanted to know if I had any questions and followed up with me after the procedure. I did not have any problems or complications. Shes always very caring as well as very professional. I highly recommend her. I will let noone in look at my colon. If she's not available I'll wait until she is.
