Dr. Phatak and her staff were extremely professional and very informative from start to finish. Prior to the start of my procedure Dr. Phatak introduced herself as this was my first time using this practice. Dr. Phatak clearly explained to me the ins and outs of what to expect. Upon completion of my procedure Dr. Phatak patiently explained the results to me. I highly recommend this doctor and her practice.
I would recommend Dr. Phatak to anyone that needs this, while unpleasant, but necessary procedure.

This was my first colonoscopy. I have a family history of colorectal cancer, and I had been putting off this screening for over 2 years. Finally scheduled it and so glad I picked Dr. Phatak and her team. The reception staff, nurses, nurse anesthetist and Dr. Phatak were warm and reassuring. I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend!
