I had my first appointment with Dr. Preschel. He gave me a very thorough exam and answered all my questions. Office staff is courteous and respectful. I did have an unnecessarily long wait for my appointment, due to front desk staff apparently being unfamiliar with traditional Medicare, but misunderstanding was eventually straightened out. I left my appointment feeling I had found a good ophthalmologist who I could have confidence in.
I got cataract surgery on my right eye and after 24 hours I was able to get 25/20 on it ( the eye was still dilated). It was an easy procedure with no pain at all and no discomfort even though I didn't pay for the laser procedure. The post-operation check out was as good as the regular visit and he was willing to spend all the necessary time to explain was was done in details. With Dr Preschel you feel you are talking to an old friend at the time.
I would recommend Dr. Preschel. Very knowledgeable, great bedside manners, & a good listener. I feel comfortable with him & his staff every time. I'm new to the area, very pleased with Dr. Preschel.

I cannot recommend this doctor at all. Dr. Preschel performed a cataract surgery on my father 10 months ago and we’re still waiting for a miracle to happen so my father can gain his vision back. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen. Dear prospective patients, make your own conclusions!

I just can’t say enough good things about Dr. Preschel. He performed cataract and LASIK surgery on both of my eyes, and I am so amazed and happy with the results, and I owe it all to Dr. Preschel. He is an expert in his field and extremely knowledgeable yet he is also friendly and caring. I was nervous about eye surgery but I quickly realized I was in great hands with Dr. Preschel which helped a lot. I would highly recommend Dr. Preschel to anyone needing an eyecare professional.
Fantastic DR. and staff. I highly recommend them. I actually am looking forward to seeing them again.
