Her name is Dr. Elena Kendall and she is located at 318 Alhambra Circle. She also has other locations. DO NOT GO. Do not, by any means go to this doctor. I just finished "interviewing" with them today unaware of how unbelievably unprofessional, insane and idiotic the staff was. I walked in responding to a post on Craigslist for a new front desk receptionist. My visit to Dr. Kendall’s clinic (I hesitate to consider her a doctor) was the worst experience I have had with a medical provider. I should have realized that I called for an appointment and was told it was not necessary - just come that there would be a problem. I was surprised but I went early in the morning. I arrived when the clinic was opening and there were already 30 people waiting. From that point I waited 2 ½ hours and observed a disorganized mess. fue una pesadilla, la peor experiencia que pude experimentar en una consulta medica, el personal del frente nos trato como si fueramos animales, no respeto por el paciente, ni la privacidad del paciente, no tienen idea de que es HIPPA, te preguntan cosas privadas enfrente de todo el mundo, si haces drogas, alcohol, etc luego de esperar 4 horas para ver a la doctora, ella entro en el cuarto, si siquiera saludo, no se lavo las manos, empezo a hablar sin prestar atencion a lo que estaba haciendo, estaba muy apurada, no me dejo ... read more

I was reffered to Dr. kendall through a family member, i was thrilled attending this office. The girls ( staff ) are the biggest sweet hearts you can ever meet. All girls are very attentive and well mannered. While waiting in the exam room a Medical assisstant came and attended me until the doctor came in the room. When it was time for check out, the girl completley explained every medication i was going to be taking and for what i was going to be taking that medication.I would recomend you to attend this office. This is the same doctor from 318 Alhambra Circle. She is the worst doctor i have ever been to. I recently went to the doctor M. Elena Kendall to be treated for acne. They were quick to set an appointment by phone. Once I got to my appointment I waited 1 hr and 10 minutes to be called in. There were about 15 other people waiting to be treated as well. They were all schedule in massive groups for the same time. There were 4 front desk girls working and about other 5 assisting the doctor. They were all agitated, running around ... read more
