I believe that if all would get together something could be done about the mistreatment of this Doctor towards her patients and her past vast multiple ex employees, who seem to all have the same complaints and concerns. Besides her horrible bed side manners, her past employees are mistreated in such a way that I wonder how she is allowed to continue. If I could only start by describing the type of person this "doctor" is it will take forever. i am a a patient who has acne and i wanted to get accutane they agreed and i went through the whole blood test and pregnacy test. each and every time i had to call quest diagnostics and have them fax my results because they would never be able to get the results on their own. then i mentioned to them that my insurance needs prior authorization they said they knew and that they would do the process. i go back to their office to see the doctor on another day and they say everything has been approved. then i wait 30 days and i ... read more
Worst doctor visited ever. Two hours waiting, unprofessional, rude, do not care about patients, work like a factory, and if this is not enough, wrong billing. Two months and more than 30 calls trying to solve a billing error. They understand and agree, but do not have time to process the refund.
DO NOT GO TO HER!! She has the worst business values and does not value her clientele. Unfortunately, I read all the bad reviews she has been given after making an appointment, but I thought I would keep an open mind and proceed with the appointment since all other dermatologists has such a long lead time to get in. All the bad reviews are absolutely true folks! I just came here to write a review today ... I am 55 and never ever found it necessary to ever waste my time to write a review about anything or any person. But I just had to do so after visiting my sons pediatrician today.
