As a rated pilot for over 36 years, I can unequivocally say Dr. Davenport's customer service is outstanding. From scheduling (and rescheduling if needed), to the medical evaluation and to customer support, he provides a singularly positive experience.
This is the place for a professional pilot to get their Class 1 medical. The facility is immaculate and at the airport. The doctor is friendly, professional, on time, and efficient. No time is wasted without feeling rushed in a relaxed setting. My only regret is not coming here sooner. I’ll never go anywhere else again for a Class 1.
This is my second time using Dr. Davenport for my flight medical and it was first class and easy as usual. I'd highly recommend him to any pilot in the central Texas area.

Did you know that if you have an issue with your Class 1 physical an AME can wait 14 days to submit or defer in order to allow you to fix the issue? Apparently neither did he. Once you are in the FAA bureaucracy, you will be waiting months for resolution. If you don't want to go without getting paid or depleting your banks for 5 months, look for someone else to do your physical.
Dr Davenport is the best in the business. I have been a professional pilot for 36 years.I have never had a better experience with a doctor.
