Dr Jacobson is an EXCELLENT surgeon with an amazing bedside manner. Great sense of humor but very serious about my care both pre and post op. Love this man! Highly recommend him!!!!!
I ruptured my achillies in May and just completed my last post surgery appointment. Having been with Advanced Orthopedic from injury, through surgery and recovery, I can honestly say this was the best experience with a doctor, medical staff, and office administration I have ever experienced. Find another doctor. Dr. Jacobson is rude and arrogant. He told me he attempted a minimally invasive procedure first. But that was not the case when I read his surgical report. He had no concern for my level of pain, or the fact that my incision got infected from following his post surgery instructions. I recommend finding alternate doctors through UC Health.
Dr. Jacobson is as good as they get. Great doctor and great surgeon!!!! Highly recommend Dr. Jacobson and his wonderful staff and Advanced Ortho.

Dr Jacobson performed an ankle replacement for me just over two years ago. His bedside manner is outstanding and he truly cares about his patients. He takes whatever time you need to address your concerns. While the ankle replacement didn’t turn out as “normal “ as I had hoped it was not because of anything he did wrong. I no longer have the pain I had so am pleased with that. I would highly recommend Dr Jacobson.
Dr. Jacobson just did surgery to remove a neuroma in my right foot. I currently have no pain and still have movement in my toes. He is kind and professional, and answers any questions I have.

Dr. Jacobson repaired my weber B fracture with minimally invasive surgery. After reading similar cases on websites, I was worried I would never fully recover to the active status I was prior to the accident. Because of Dr. Jacobson, I recovered 100% and barely even remember I had a broken ankle accept the times I see the small scar. Dr. Jacobson was actually my second opinion and I'm glad I saw him as he and his office seemed far more competent and friendly. Thank you Dr. Jacobson!
