Very prompt and courteous, appreciated the care and concern from the staff.
My experience of Dr. Jacobson and the rest of the staff at OCC was nothing but exemplary... I found them to be accommodating (I was late), attentive and thorough.

Awesome experience! Quick, accurate diagnosis, painless shot and out the door! Couldn’t walk for over a month. Just finished up 6-miles today. Appt was yesterday.
I had a catastrophic ankle and lower leg injury 13 years ago that got fixed at the time, but we knew that one day I'd have to get my ankle replaced. Dr. Jacobson was the first doctor that I found that was willing to do the surgery. I have seen 5 other orthopedic doctors over the last ten years and none of them wanted to do it because conventional wisdom was that I was too young (early 40's), and that I was too big (6'6" 275). The whole office is efficient and professional Dr Jacobson is awesome
Dr. Keith Jacobson is very bad surgeon. After hammer toe and bunion surgery with him i'm disable, living with pain. I'm not recommending him .
Dr. Jacobson has been outstanding throughout my surgical procedure and recovery. He is very caring, smart and is involved in the care of his patients.
Did an excellent job repairing a ruptured ligament. Explained the procedure recovery etc very well
