My mother had the ‘Tiger Woods’ injury 3.5 yrs ago at age 84. Dr Jacobson did an amazing job with preexisting diabetes and blood pressure issues. My husband then had ankle bone spurs removed. We are the poster family for his repairs.
Dr. Jacobson was able to get my foot back to as close to 100% as it will ever be! I am grateful for the expert care with my surgical procedure and my more recent appointments. I would highly recommend. His nurse is great as well!
Dr. Jacobson is observant, projects himself as knowledgeable and experienced, has a friendly, relaxed, approachable demeanor, and instills confidence. He is time conscious and appointments start on time. With diagnosis, gives you your options with a thorough explanation, and time to process. I find Dr. Jacobson and his staff A+++

Enjoyed the visit with Dr Jacobson. Very personable and good about explaining what was wrong. He also was very good with letting me know what my surgery options and that setting it up was totally up to me. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
