Terrible Across the board. Rude staff, rude doctor with poor skills. Years later and I'm still swollen and in pain. Avoid!
Our son is recovering from a successful foot surgery performed by Dr. Jacobson. He has been personally attentive to us as parents as well as our son. I appreciate not being talked down to and getting a clear picture of the surgery and recovery. Dr. Jacobson is highly skilled and the hospital staff raved about him as we were getting ready for surgery. We highly recommend this physician.
I started seeing Dr Jacobson 2 years ago for pain in my feet. It was diagnosed as arthritis. At the time he said he could give me a steroid shot but in time that would no longer help. Two years later I just had the surgery. Dr Jacobson is kind and patient. I like that surgery was not the first option.
If there were less than 1 star i would. I would never recommend this man to even my worst enemy, he may be a good surgeon but his personality is very lacking. If your looking for a surgeon who will listen and cares about your pain, DO NOT SEE THIS MAN! He tells families who are concerned to basically shut up and let him do his job even if it causes excruciating pain and doesnt need to hurt at all! He doesn't care! A back alley doctor is nicer!
