I had a colonoscopy which was my 7th because of family history of cancer. The office was efficient and friendly. The appointment person was easy to schedule the procedure with at the time I called. After having 3 previous colonoscopies with another provider, Dr. McNerney just performed my fourth. From registration to completion of the procedure, everything went smoothly and totally well! Scheduling was easy, the medical assistants answered all questions and provided me with all the information I needed to prepare for the exam. Everyone in the office as well as the physician were very nice and all very efficient. They called the next day to see how I was feeling
Dr. McNerney is personal, calm, and reassuring. He makes sure to ask whether you have questions re the procedure and explains the results clearly. The staff seem to work well together and there are "good vibes" in the operating room.
The staff is very welcoming, respectful and professional. For my procedure they were well organized and it it went smoothly. Dr McNerney explained what he was going to do and what he found after the procedure. It was over before I knew it. I will return if the need should arise.
Dr. John McNerney has a country bedside manner. This is my second visit with him and his caring staff. I was treated with kindness and respect, furthermore I appreciate the time he took to go through the procedure again with me. Dr McNerny has been my Gastroenterologist for 26 years. I highly recommend Dr McNerny, he is attentive and caring, he explains everything perfectly. I have complete faith in him. I have recommended him in the past.
Excellent care. Scheduling was easy, the prep instructions staff guidance was helpful, and the everyone's care during the day of the procedure was exemplary.
I had my followup colonoscopy with Dr McNerney as my prior Gastroenterologist had retired. I have definitely found my new specialist. No reason searching elsewhere. I appreciated the interaction with his assistants as well who explained their part in the process without being asked. Friendly team and efficient too.
