Colonoscopy (routine) - professional, courteous, efficient. 90 minutes from check-in to leaving facility. Highly recommend.
Outstanding practice--all staff are professional, nice, and helpful. I have total confidence in Dr. McNerny. I would recommend him to anyone.
My routine screening colonoscopy. Saw Dr. M again after a 11 year gap, and he's still a great choice; explains the anesthesia choice well and show part of the exam on the big screen if you want to see it (I sure did!) The nurses working with him are also warm and friendly. Not a moment of anxiety for me.
Everyone in the office was so kind. I never felt nervous as everything explained very well. This was my third colonoscopy and I would continue to go to Dr. McNerney
A scheduled outpatient colonscopy. I have had more than one of these procedures with Dr. McNerney and it has always been the same. Consistently kind, friendly and professional in an environment that is busy but very efficient. He has a great staff with competent nurses to keep things moving. My special thanks to RNs Marnie, Carol, Lois and Kelsey for making it so easy for an old RN like me. Great job!!
I was surprised and dismayed that staff weren't wearing masks, except in the procedure room. Otherwise staff were friendly and professional, and I appreciated the way they kept me as comfortable as possible.
Dr. McNerney explained the procedure and use of conscious sedation prior to starting the procedure. He was professional and asked if I had questions. He gave me a status as soon as I was awake. I would highly recommend him. The staff in the office were also very professional and friendly. I had a very positive experience at Tucson Gastroenterology Specialists.
Outstanding care from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Never left with or had a question that was not answered. Only can rate the services from Dr. McNerney and staff as 5 stars but definitely beyond the 5 star rating..
All of my visits for colonoscopies have been very efficiently and professionally handled, starting with scheduling, the pre-procedure visit with Dr. McNerney, all the way through to checking in with me a day later to make sure everything was ok. I was also provided a direct phone number to call if any issues developed that were of an urgent nature, I have been seeing Dr. McNerney for years and he is excellent at what he does.
