The Staff took care of me in a manner that was respectful, professional and very organized. Yet they were also friendly and made me feel very comfortable during and after my recent colonoscopy. During the last twenty years I have had an endoscopy and three colonoscopies at this clinic. Dr. McNerney performed all four procedures. I would send anyone in my Family there without hesitation. I
I had a colonoscopy performed on November 20, 2020 by Dr. McNerney. I have a colonoscopy every five years for screening purposes due to a sibling death from colon cancer. Dr. McNerney and his staff continue to provide excellent care prior, during and post procedure. I highly recommend Dr. McNerney and his staff at Tucson Gastroenterology Institute/Specialists.
My experience with Dr McNerney and his staff was outstanding. Not only did the doctor explain the procedure to me, afterward he prepared an excellent report, complete with pictures. I appreciate that the report contained a lot of information. The nursing staff was just great in terms of helpfulness and communication, and my phone calls and messages were always answered in a timely fashion. I can highly recommend this practice and this doctor as professional and caring.
I arrived for my appt today. Every staff person I interacted with was friendly. Given the current pandemic, the office was clean. masks were worn. Staff was very professional. Dr McNerney answered all my questions before the procedure and gave me my results before I left.
Dr McNerney is calm, explains options clearly and his office works well together and efficiently. Have been a patient for a number of years and very happy with his expertise and accessibility.
Dr. McNerney took his time and answered all of my questions at a pre-colonoscopy visit and at the colonoscopy itself. His staff was very professional.
