Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I love the doctor, she is wonderful. Knows exactly what she is doing. The younger lady there is great, and then you have the older lady whose daughter is always in the office just hanging around all day and I really dont understand why she is allowed in the back and in the rooms if she does not work there. Her daughter does not have manners at all and burped really loud in front of my daughter and now my daughter thinks this is ok. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! I love Premier Pediatrics and Dr. Diabo!!! Her office is great! She always listens to my concerns, and my children love her.There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob. Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? Not at all.
