Dr Diabo is a great pediatrician. The office is brand new and stunning. I can always and easily get an appointment when my kids need one. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Premier Pediatrics is the best office I've ever been to! They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I love the Dr, but her staff is very unproffesional, they never go above and beyond when ever Its needed. It sad to say but I must look for a new facility to take my children. I guess the saying is true " Just because everything is Glits doesnt mean it's all Glam"!!! The phone service sucks they had me on hold one time for an hour when I finally hung up and called back It went straight to voicemail... Such a shame, I hope the Dr can eventually see the same way her office is upgraded so does her staff need to be....
They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
