Dr Diablo is a great doctor, very kind and thorough. She explains everything and is always on point. The girls who work the desk, very rude. They don't have any manners, they almost make it seem like your interrupting their personal conversations. They don't belong in a setting where they deal with patients, they have no bedside manners AT ALL! They definitely don't make your experience comfortable!

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all. Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Absolutely! The girls in the office are amazing....they work with you and are extremely patient.......Dr. Jennifer herself is outstanding....I take both of my boys, 8 and 7 there and they love her!!! This office rocks :)

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
