Three months ago I had my first appointment with Dr. Jacqueline Muller and had the best experience I have ever had in a doctor’s office. She is by far the most thorough, most knowledgeable doctor I have ever met. She also listens, understands and is empathetic. Dr. Muller did my lasik eye surgery last year and I am so happy with the outcome. Dr. Muller is extremely skilled and I highly recommend her. She is the only person I would trust to do this procedure.
I was recommended to see Dr. Muller by a family friend, I’m glad I did. I’ve been struggling with Dry eyes for a while, but noticed a change since I’ve been coming here. Very experienced and thorough. She takes the time to listen, explains everything, I feel she goes the added mile with me which I appreciate. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Muller for over 20 years. She is an outstanding physician- incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, committed and caring. She is highly respected by all of her peers and is their go to person for her expertise. A bit expensive, but worth every penny. You won’t find a better doctor anywhere. Highly recommend.
I would give no stars if i can. horrible place. All they think about is money. and they like to prescribe expensive medication. do not go here
The front desk staff was extremely helpful and thorough when I called with an emergency. They were kind enough to have accommodated me on the same day and even called my insurance company so that they could give me details regarding my deductible, and what would and wouldn’t be covered during my exam. Dr. Muller is wonderful and so good at what she does. She’s an extremely knowledgeable and skilled physician AND she’s a lovely person. I genuinely enjoy talking with her.
I had (past tense because Dr. Muller has helped me) a complicated problem with my eyes that 5 of “the best” ophthalmologists in NYC were unable to help me with. My experience with Dr. Muller was awesome.
