Dr. Muller and her staff are professional, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. The staff works hard to explain what they do every step of the way, and are trained to be courteous, gentle and caring.
I’ve suffered with severe dry eye syndrome for several years. I’ve visited ophthalmologists who basically told me to instill dry eye drops and learn to ‘deal with it’. My vision was blurry and foggy and severely limited not to mention the pain of frequent recurrent corneal abrasions. I was desperate. Dr. Muller is thorough, caring, highly knowledgeable and really goes the extra mile to listen to and address my concerns. She's clearly very passionate about helping her patients. I'm quite pleased with the treatment thus far for my eye allergies and feel I'm in excellent hands.
Since I started seeing Dr. Muller for my dry eye condition, the improvement in my eyes has been remarkable. While she is not for the faint-hearted as one has to follow an exacting regime, it is well worth persevering. Dr. Muller is wonderfully enthusiastic about her work... the staff are friendly and efficient and one is inspired to complete treatment successfully if only for the sake of not disappointing their efforts. Dr. Muller is the epitome of an ophthalmologist. She runs her office so professionally. She knows through her constant involvement in the cutting edge of research what is needed to keep our vision at a level to give us the independence that we require especially as we become "more vintaged". Three months ago I had my first appointment with Dr. Jacqueline Muller and had the best experience I have ever had in a doctor’s office. She is by far the most thorough, most knowledgeable doctor I have ever met. She also listens, understands and is empathetic. Dr. Muller did my lasik eye surgery last year and I am so happy with the outcome. Dr. Muller is extremely skilled and I highly recommend her. She is the only person I would trust to do this procedure.
