Extremely impressed in every way. I scheduled an appointment online and a member of Dr. Muller’s staff called me to confirm the appointment and to obtain additional insurance information so that she could call my insurance company on my behalf. The best experience I have ever had in any doctor’s office. From initially booking my appointment online, until leaving Dr. Muller’s office after my appointment, everything was seamless, thorough and service oriented. Dr. Muller and her staff are extremely nice, easy to talk to, knowledgeable and efficient. I felt very well taken care of and very fortunate to have found Dr. Muller. I will definitely be returning!
The most professional, thorough medical experience I have ever had. I was impressed by how complete and comprehensive my eye examination was, AND how Dr. Muller inquired about and considered my other medical issues, treating me holistically. I have never been to a physician's office that is more thorough, paying attention to every detail. I feel extremely fortunate that my internist referred me to Dr. Muller, she's a true gem! My eyes already look and feel so much healthier and better.
This practice is wonderful. It’s very well run, I only waited 5 minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Muller is thorough, professional, smart, compassionate, and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend her. I know she is the only ophthalmologist I will be seeing in the future.
Beware of this practice, every visit will be a hard sell on products & services not covered by your insurance. 1st the Dr. will want photos of your 4 eyelids(not covered & $100 apiece) only to be told she wants to repeat those in 6 months. The next visit Dr wants an allergy test (also not cov'd), & when the results come in with some obscure allergens like "careless weed" & "timothy grass", she strongly recommends a therapy SHE provides that costs $140 every 6 weeks. I was recommended to Dr. Muller for my dry eyes by another doctor and very grateful to be under her care. Having suffered with this condition for many years it is satisfying to know that I am finding relief and continuing with the protocol she has recommended to me. She is also addressing allergies and another condition and the impact of this on my dry eyes. Superb! The best experience I have ever had in a medical office. I wish every doctor's office would offer this level of care. Dr. Muller is the perfect combination of being extremely smart and thorough, while being unbelievably warm and personable. She's professional and yet "real". Her staff is equally wonderful. I felt everyone was genuinely interested in my well-being, both medically and with regard to the level of service and attention they provided. I wish I had found Dr. Muller sooner. Highly recommend!

Awful experience from start to finish...over charges, no explainations of the procedure or what will happen after, scratched his cornea!!!!! during the procedure and then told my father he did it himself-even when the pain was excruiciating the minute it happened during the procedure. AND had no problem with him driving home to long island by himself with both eyes dilated and one swollen shut.
