I have been seeing Dr. Muller for approximately 15 years. It started with vision correction surgery (15 years later still 20/20!) and today she treats my extremely dry eyes. Dr. Muller is a total pro and knows exactly what she is doing. She'll listen intently to your concerns, answer your questions, coordinate with your other doctors, and is extremely thoughtful about how to make a treatment plan work for you as an individual. Dr. Muller is transparent, terrific, always available and sense of comfort during the whole process. She takes a process that has many questions and makes it easy understandable while being firm and honest with the steps.
Dr. Muller is extremely through and explores alternatives to alleviate a patient's distress constantly thinking outside the box. Her tool kit goes well beyond other opthamologists. The office is beautiful and clean and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Muller
I find it hard to fathom that Dr. Muller wouldn’t receive 5 stars from every patient that she sees. She is incredibly thorough, and explains everything that she is doing and thinking (and does so in language that any layman can understand), not to mention being extremely kind and empathetic. I was referred to Dr. Muller for debilitating dry eye, inflammation, and headaches after working remotely online for 18 months during the Pandemic. She explained my situation to me, and was specific in guiding me to self care practices with many options of eye drops and solutions to assertively care for my eyes. The difference is remarkable. My visits are always a pleasure. Dr. Muller and her colleagues are always prepared for my visit and, based on the results of their exam and tests, offer useful treatments.
Dr. Muller makes you feel she is personallly invested in your recovery, and explains things in a clear, thorough and compassionate way. She has a great way of putting you at ease, and takes the time to make sure you understand the importance of getting to the root cause of the situation rather than just treating the symptoms. Dr. Muller is an excellent ophthalmologist who genuinely cares about your eyes and ensuring you understand any conditions you may have and the treatment plan/instructions. That said, she rarely spends time actually examining her patients anymore. You’re seen by trainees or the staff optometrist, who does all the examination/tests. Given I’ve chosen Dr. Muller for HER skill, and given the premium pricing, I preferred when she performed the tests/exams herself, and hope she reconsiders how much she delegates to her staff.
I almost never write reviews but I have to for Dr. Muller! I am so happy and grateful to have been referred to her. She is so knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. I learned so much about the health of my eyes and the process and progress I would make from gas permeable contacts to lasik surgery. Dr. Muller eased all my anxiety leading up to and through the surgery. I am contact free today, post surgery, and feeling amazing! I am forever thankful.
