Itching Burning Red eyes.. : ( I've been to local Ophthalmologists for years with this same complaint. Decided to venture into NYC- big trip with Huge rewards.. Dr Muller is fixing things... not just treating a few symptoms. Seriously amazing - I am so grateful to have found her.
Before meeting Dr. Muller, I was suffering from intense dry eye that was negatively affecting my lifestyle, rendering it pretty difficult to watch movies or even look at a screen. Now, just 5 months after our first meeting, I am pleased to report drastic improvement in my eyes. I have been going to Dr. Muller for over 15 years i have to say - i feel amazingly taken care of and in fantastic hands both by her and her great support staff! she has treated me on all fronts- pink eye- allergies - i even had Lasik surgery which has change my life - no more reading glasses over 50 years young!! i can not recommend her high quality of care ENOUGH !!! She has taken such wonderful care of me and my husband thought the years !! I would give her a a 50 out of ten!!! Plus she is such a joy !!!!!
I have been seeing Dr. Muller for approximately 15 years. It started with vision correction surgery (15 years later still 20/20!) and today she treats my extremely dry eyes. Dr. Muller is a total pro and knows exactly what she is doing. Dr. Muller is transparent, terrific, always available and sense of comfort during the whole process. She takes a process that has many questions and makes it easy understandable while being firm and honest with the steps.
Dr. Muller is extremely through and explores alternatives to alleviate a patient's distress constantly thinking outside the box. Her tool kit goes well beyond other opthamologists. The office is beautiful and clean and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Muller
I find it hard to fathom that Dr. Muller wouldn’t receive 5 stars from every patient that she sees. She is incredibly thorough, and explains everything that she is doing and thinking (and does so in language that any layman can understand), not to mention being extremely kind and empathetic. I was referred to Dr. Muller for debilitating dry eye, inflammation, and headaches after working remotely online for 18 months during the Pandemic.
