Dr. Muller is the best. Always straightforward, always correct and always kind. My favorite doctor.
Dr. Muller and her entire staff are top notch, true ophthalmologic experts extremely thorough in eye examination and procedures. I trust Dr. Muller with my sight, and while exams can take quite a bit of time, I know that this is because Dr. Muller doesn't take short-cuts and wants to make sure she checks all dimensions of eye health. She genuinely cares about her patients and many of us have been patients of hers for her entire career.
Found Dr. Muller to be dedicated and caring who is also surrounded by a strong support staff - received a thorough examination coupled with clear answers to questions and clarity re: instructions.
Her manner was most reassuring and helpful and she inspired confidence. Her approach was very up to the latest medical procedures and she explained theses new treatments very well. As I tend to be very conservative it gave me a fresh perspective and she was strong in her opinions but not pushy at all leaving me to draw my own conclusions.
Prior to making my appointment with Dr. Muller, I read many online reviews. Feeling that she could be the answer to DECADES of eye doctors treating my symptoms of ocular rosacea, eye allergies, blepharitis and MDG, rather than my underlying problems, I called to make an appointment. I was misdiagnosed by three ophthalmologists prior to seeing Dr Muller. My eyes were extremely irritated with constant burning and itching, lids were swollen and full of gunk progressively getting worse over a couple of years. The other doctors diagnosed me with floppy eyelids and recommended blepharoplasty surgery. While I have a bit of laxity in my lids, Dr Muller diagnosed me with ocular rosacea, meibomian gland disorder, and allergies. I have seen Dr Muller twice, coming from Ct. I am making an effort to see her in NY, she was highly recommended to me and I have had a tough journey with my eye issues. She has been very supportive and on the money with my care. I am already much improved and I am very much looking forward to the optimal health she hopes for me.

Capable, caring, kind! After struggling for a year searching elsewhere for help only she was able to address my issues, find the underlying cause and gave immediate solutions.
