Grateful to have found Dr. Muller! I have been having problems with my eyes for years and have already seen eight other ophthalmologists with no improvement. Every time I visit Dr. Muller’s office I have a very positive experience. Dr. Muller and her staff are, kind, professional and truly care. Most importantly, Dr. Muller and her team have made my eyes feel (and see) so much better. I was in bad shape, always uncomfortable and having trouble functioning, especially at work. My eyes were always red, irritated and often light sensitive. That’s no longer the case. Dr. Muller is fabulous! She really gave me my life back.
Best Ophthalmologist in New York! Dr. Muller is brilliant, compassionate and professional (and so is her entire staff). I had a problem with my eyes that 6 other ophthalmologists could not help me with. Now that I am under Dr. Muller's care my eyes are much better and my vision has improved substantially. I'm grateful to have found Dr. Muller and recommend her highly.
Extremely impressed in every way. I scheduled an appointment online and a member of Dr. Muller’s staff called me to confirm the appointment and to obtain additional insurance information so that she could call my insurance company on my behalf. The best experience I have ever had in any doctor’s office. From initially booking my appointment online, until leaving Dr. Muller’s office after my appointment, everything was seamless, thorough and service oriented. Dr. Muller and her staff are extremely nice, easy to talk to, knowledgeable and efficient. I felt very well taken care of and very fortunate to have found Dr. Muller. I will definitely be returning!
The most professional, thorough medical experience I have ever had. I was impressed by how complete and comprehensive my eye examination was, AND how Dr. Muller inquired about and considered my other medical issues, treating me holistically. I have never been to a physician's office that is more thorough, paying attention to every detail. I feel extremely fortunate that my internist referred me to Dr. Muller, she's a true gem! My eyes already look and feel so much healthier and better.
This practice is wonderful. It’s very well run, I only waited 5 minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Muller is thorough, professional, smart, compassionate, and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend her. I know she is the only ophthalmologist I will be seeing in the future.
Beware of this practice, every visit will be a hard sell on products & services not covered by your insurance. 1st the Dr. will want photos of your 4 eyelids(not covered & $100 apiece) only to be told she wants to repeat those in 6 months. The next visit Dr wants an allergy test (also not cov'd), & when the results come in with some obscure allergens like "careless weed" & "timothy grass", she strongly recommends a therapy SHE provides that costs $140 every 6 weeks.
