Dr. Muller is helping me with severe dry eye. Other doctors told me to just deal with it, and I felt lost. She is sticking with me and making me feel like I will be okay. I really feel like she cares and is trying to help me get better. She definitely makes me feel optimistic.
Nice office. Office staffs and receptionists are nice. But the doctor is a bit lack of communication and tend to rush to finish meeting with patients and go to the next patient. The operation of the business is very commercial and tend to ask patients to do all kinds of tests even thought a lot of them do not address my concerns or questions. I've worked with several specialists on dry eye symptoms over some years to no avail. In desperation, i found Dr. Muller with an internet search and review of others' experience with her. All that others say (professionalism, expertise, compassionate care, clear explanations, good listening to patient--staff and doctor) is spot on. Dr Muller has treated me for dry eyes. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you. In my case, I think the plugs she put in my eyes, the prescription eye drops, and allergy treatment have helped me a lot. When I went in to her, my eyes often burned and watered. Now they do not bother me nearly as much. I avoid situations that bother me — such as high pollen days and too much bright sunlight. She has some expensive treatments that aren’t covered by insurance but you can say no to these.
Dr. Muller is so knowledgeable and really tries to get to the root of your problem. She did environmental and food allergy tests. She also recommended me to get a chemical patch test done. I'm so glad she did all these tests I now have a better knowledge of the things I'm allergic to and can try to avoid them. I went in due to redness in my left eye. Dr. Muller is my dry eye disease specialist. She is knowledgable, experienced, thorough and very personable. Although I have seen her only twice so far, I know that she is treating my dry eye disease comprehensively and aggressively.
Dr. muller has taken care of my eyes for many years. She is well informed about advances in dry eye treatment and very thorough in her exams. She and her staff are a delight to work with.
