It was hard enough to get an appointment when it was telephone appointments, over 100 tries just to get in the queue and then when you finally made it to the front of the queue no appointments left .Now it's online booking only it's even worse ,either the app tells you this service is not available for your gp or it tells you appointments are closed for the day as they have all been taken .Been trying to get an appointment for 3 weeks now with no luck .
Staff always helpful. The gp rang me when results were a bit out of range and arranged repeat bloods. Never had an issue with the surgery.
I completed the new online request for a routine GP appointment. The very pleasant receptionist at the surgery rang me back within half an hour and made me an appointment for the following day. Excellent service.
Absolutely awful service phoned to get told it’s all online now so had to fill out a form to be told I’ll be contacted in 3 working days absolute joke
