Dr. Macnichol is great doctor and communicator. He explained everything he was doing in detail. I felt comfortable and at ease while he was doing the procedure. Will not hesitate to return.
90 yo father was scheduled to see a physician for pain management and injections. PA Gross was very unprofessional. She asked my dad who has memory problems alot of questions and I asked her to let me answer them. Her reply was she treats all humans the same no matter the age. When I tried to interject when dad answered wrong she got up, threw her hand up in my face and told me to stop.
