I am and will highly recommend Dr. Mo for spine surgery. I was able to walk unassisted immediately. After 12 weeks am walking 3-4 miles each day. My goal is 5 miles each day.
Dr. Mo was recommended by another surgeon who thought that Dr. Mo was the right person to enable me to regain my mobility in walking. In September 2016, while in London, I was unable to walk two blocks from our hotel to a taxi stand without pausing to lean against a building. The surgery took place in October 2016. In July 2017 I was able to travel with a friend to the island of Sardinia where I was able to trek across sites with interesting neolithic ruins. I can walk!
Dr. Mo. performed a spinal fusion on L3-L4 and I am not exaggerating when I say he gave me my life back - I had been suffering terribly after a failed discectomy and Dr. Mo got me into surgery at a wonderful hospital on a cancellation.. I am so thankful that I found the BEST surgeon there is. He and his team are top notch professionals. What I like most about Dr. Mo is that he is kind, caring, reassuring, and very talented.
Dr. Mo and his team are top notch professionals in back surgery. I had extensive lower back surgery including 3 herniated discs, spinal stenosis, scoliosis, and related conditions. After 6 months, pain from these conditions is gone. I am working to strengthen my back. I would not hesitate to recommend family and friends to Dr. Mo.
Dr. Mo is absolutely fantastic. He provided me with a clear overview of my condition and outlined all of my options for treatment. I appreciated his patience in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. I trusted him 100% to perform my spine surgery and felt no anxiety about the process. I am receiving excellent post operative care and I would highly recommend Dr. Mo to my closest friends, and/or family members. I wouldn't hesitate to receive add'l care from him in the future.
I went to my initial assessment with Dr. Mo after two months of acupuncture, physical therapy, and steroids, provided no relief from the accute chronic pain and suffering. I had to get an MRI and Catscan before Aetna approved the emergency cervical spine surgery. At the time of the surgery I had developed an infectious disease causing a abcess on my neck. Today I am completely pain free. I would recommend Dr.Mo and his team wholeheartedly.
Dr. Mo is an extremely talented surgeon who helped not only me but also my 86 year mother-in-law. His talent and expertise was readily apparent from the very first visit with him. He is candid and honest with all assessments and provided me with all pros, cons, and limitations regarding the back surgery I underwent. I would and have highly recommended Dr. Mo too many friends and family in our local area! Hopefully I never have another back surgery need but if I do... Dr. Mo is my Doctor!
Dr. Mo performed my surgery to correct spondylolisthesis in April 2017, and it has changed my life. My back pain is gone and I now have full use of my legs again. Dr. Mo is an excellent surgeon who genuinely cares about his patients' well being, and always took his time to hear my concerns and answer my questions. He gets my highest recommendation!
Dr. Mo performed a spinal fusion on our 19-year old son, and we could not be happier with the results (full bone growth!) and the care we received from Dr. Mo. He is extremely knowledgeable about the latest minimally invasive surgical techniques, but more importantly, he took the time to explain to us the pros and cons of the various treatment options. We have the utmost confidence in Dr. Mo and would recommend him without reservation.
