Great surgeon!
There’s not even enough space to write about how excellent this surgeon and staff is! I had a severe case of Stenosis. I saw Dr Mo for it. He said he could fix it. Had surgery on May 6 and today I feel like a brand new man!! No more back, waist, leg and foot pains. He is a surgeon of his word and I highly recommend anyone who’s having orthopedic problems to see this surgeon. Five stars is not enough. Wish I could give Dr Mo a 10-star rating! You won’t regret seeing him and his wonderful staff!

Friendly, Educated, and Professional! This doctor is the real deal! I was in excruciating pain from my L4-L5. He not only repaired me, but also revised my seven year old L5-S1 surgery. Today I have no pain, no ache, and with no PT I am now starting to swing my golf clubs at just within 90 days. Instead of 45 minutes, I can now walk out of IAD in 15 minutes. Dr.Mo is a wonderful doctor. My husband had surgery 12 years ago on his back and has been in pain since that day. Dr.Mo found that screws were against nerves and one was in the spinal canal which had caused all this pain. Dr.Mo did surgery in August and my husband woke up from surgery pain free. No more pain in his spine and he does not have to take any more pain medication. We recommend him 100%. Thank you again Dr.Mo.
I consider Dr. Mo (and team) the "best of the best" in Orthopedic Surgery in the metro Washington DC area -- none better! He is very thorough and provides excellent communications in explaining complicated surgery and knows and communicates what to expect after surgery. He responds very quickly to inquiries and is truly a "patient's surgeon"...
Dr. Mo has seen me through 2 spinal fusions. My recovery was faster than expected with terrific results. He's energetic, knowledgeable, empathetic. Great diagnostician, respected by other physicians, and recommended by his patients. He's got a great sense of humor too. I've referred others to him & will continue to do so. He's the best for spinal surgery.
I would recommend Dr. Mo to anyone who is having spine problems. Both my son and I have been to him. Dr. Mo's treatment of the two of us has been completely different (I needed surgery, my son didn't need much of anything) and Dr. Mo has been right on both times.
