My son had surgery which involved removing part of his femur. He was on an epidural to manage the pain and the nursing staff let the epidural run out twice within 36 hours of his surgery when it was needed most! Do not go there!!!!
The emergency wait time is RIDICULOUS!!! My greatest regret is bringing my mother here just to sit in a waiting area for three+ hours, then be moved to a room and not even see a nurse or doctor for another two.

RecommendedMy experience today in the MWHC/MGUH dermatology clinic in Chevy Chase was excellent. The location was clean and new, and convenient to everything. When I checked in, the receptionists were wonderful and personable. They kept me informed of delays, and did a really wonderful job ensuring that I was taken care of throughout my wait.
