I had heart surgery twice and the staff there was wonderful and very caring. Love Dr. Shah and his team!
Nightmare of a delivery. High risk pregnancy and baby was always meant to be transported to Children's next door. Charged me 4 baby's stay when she never even touched 1 of their bassinets got told it was a holding fee even though she could never stay there. dr. knew I was supposed to have orders to b able to go see my baby. no orders almost missed seeing my child take her last breath. You are sorry excuse for a hospital.
My father had an open heart surgery at this Hospital and the Doctors and Nurses were very friendly and knowledgable. Yes I would definitively reccomend this Hospital
The doctors and the nurses was very very nice couldn’t ask for anything better Answered all the questions that I asked them very professional and all the nurses were Good looking
Worse hospital ! My grandmother was in the ER hallway to get treated cause they didn’t have enough rooms ! (WHERE IS THE HIPPA LAW AT ) Then she didn’t even get a dinner tray or breakfast tray because they said it wasn’t enough! She is a diabetic she should of came first ! The nurses don’t even communicate!
A Shout-out and Big "THANK YOU" to the Heart & Vascular Institute Team in the EP Lab and to the staff on floor 3F for fixing me up and taking such good care of me while I visited. Thank You Dr. O'Donoghue, NP Amy, Bruce, Marilyn, Mary O., Abe, Sam, Eunice and the other 75% of the team that I do not even know your names. As a Minister I have had opportunity to visit many hospitals and a number of heart and vascular units. Years ago I visited a friend at Washington Hospital Center before and after open heart surgery. Sadly their staff has issue with race and social status. Posting derogatory remarks on Facebook about how they are a Dr making 3 figures and not some minimum wage Asian Nail salon employee. Smh. if this Dr. is any indication of level of service and care I would not recommend anyone be a patient here. Repulsive words and representation of what it is to love and care for other humans! sigh.
A state-of-the art medical facility, with highly professional medical service providers backed up by an exemplary team of staff, dedicated to delivering high quality medical, social and spiritual standards to all in need.
