They saved my husbands life 3xs I owe them everything
pros...Very fast and efficient, pleasant staff, clean rooms/bathrooms, bedside manner A+..Dr.Erin Felger, Dr Hawkins, Nurse Megan, Akila, Sumitra and Ms Foster, along with the Admission nurses were beyond awesome. This hospital puts the "Care" in customer/ patient care con...parking but that's everywhere in DC
I just spent 8 days on 4F & everyone I encountered was fantastic!!! From the cleaning staff, the dietician, the techs, nurse resource, nurses & doctors everyone was GREAT!!! They were attentive to my needs and genuinely concerned about me. Shout out to Dr.Gibson & my entire medical team that worked so hard to help me put me back on the road to recovery. Being in the hospital this long was not easy but my team made it less stressful.
The employees in the labor and delivery unit are very rude and unprofessional. They are selective when following rules on the floor and they utilize profanity within an ear shot of patients. If only they put as much effort into their roles, as they do personal conversations within the work environment, my experience would’ve been different. I am specifically referencing to an employee Kohla, uncertain of her last name.
Great hospital & great physicians
The communication between Doctors is severely lacking. If you need surgery your out in a in hospital waiting list. If the anesthesiologist decide that they do not want to work after 5:00 then your surgery is bumped until the next available time which may be the next day or the day after or the day after. This hospital sucks!
