The building was filthy. it smelled of urine and feces. The double rooms were small and dirty. The staff were loud in the hallways. Housekeeping decided to buff and scrape the floors at 2a. The floor techs we're yelling at each other like they we're outside not on a hospital unit. My room only got cleaned after I complained. That was day 3 of my stay. I didn't eat for 2 days because dietary kept giving me tomatoes and I don't eat tomatoes. When I'd ask for something else they'd say "ok" and not comeback. The surgery team and... read more

Staff is indifferent to patients. I understand mistakes happen, but it’s hard to forgive when they take ownership of the problem. But wasting patients time for procedures that weren’t scheduled and apology given for mistake I s unprofessional and forgivable.

My dear friend’s girlfriend was recently discharged after being told she did not have a blood clot and simply had a calf strain despite having unilateral calf swelling and pain with a history of cancer and hormone use then returned the next day with a pulmonary embolism. Unacceptable! An US and D-dimer is textbook protocol which was not done by the ED physicians.
