Let for hours (5 to 8 hours a day of agonizing) pain. No one in charge to really make changes.

Dr. Jeffrey Shupp at MedStar WHC Burn Unit is the BEST doctor ever! He saved my son's leg from 4th degree wrap-around burns. The nurses are compassionate. Ron at the Burn Clinic is wonderful with therapy. I can't say enough about the Burn Unit. They are top notch.

I love all of their staffs but no way they should be serving the nasty package food that they serve the patients.. Yall make to much money off of people to serve us microwave pre cooked food. Something needs to be done about that. If one more dog tray come to me im cry...

Great doctors, terrible billing department. Every time I go, I provide my insurance cards. They make copies of them, and they still get the billing incorrect.
I was a patient there and truly loved my old ENT doctor. However, on December 21, 2017 it was the beginning of an unpleasant experience. I had to have a CT scan done which was done in the cancer institute as part of my pre-op prep for surgery that I actually had the very next day. As a transgender woman, I'm often reluctant and fearful when it comes to public accommodations because of the hatred that is placed upon me.
