I am a Registered Nurse with 27 years of experience working in healthcare care and I have encounter lots of doctors. Fortunately I met Dr Ferkel Eric many years ago and only what I have seen from him is an excellence and love to his patients and his profession. i went to dr ferkel after falling on my ankle. he said i had broken my ankle and fractured part of my leg, and was able to get me in surgery the next night at valley presbyterian hospital. whie there, i received incredible care from the nurses as well! i am still in recovery but am in awe of how seriously dr ferkel took my case and was able to help so quickly (and brought me into surgery at 8pm!)
Friendly clean on time. Everyone was very nice and professional.
Dr. Ferkel is knowledgeable and is very personable. He walked me through everything he was seeing and what he was going to be doing. He made it so easy and comfortable to ask questions even entertaining my obsurd ones (Do I HAVE to have anesthesia? :) I had never been through surgery before so he was kind, quick, and available to answer all my questions at each step of the process.
Dr. Ferkel is amazing! Exceptional surgeon!
