Dr Ferkel listens to my questions and concerns and addresses them. Surgical experience has gone well. Staff is very helpful.
The facility is clean. The check in and wait were easy and minimal. The staff is professional and efficient. The PA is knowledgeable and direct. The surgery was outstanding. I have had a good recovery with no pain.
