Very caring. He gets things done that need to be done! I was left for weeks waiting until I saw Dr. Ferkel. He is a blessing!

Every interaction I’ve had with Dr. Ferkel and his staff has been warm, professional, and incredibly helpful with a years-long orthopedic issue. After 4 years of Achilles pain, I’m now on the mend after a minimally invasive surgery none of the other doctors I had tried even knew existed. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Ferkel is the dr to go to. He is truley amazing. He listens to you and is very caring and knows what he is doing. I had a horrible motor cycle accident 3 years ago had a titanium rod and hardware put in my leg. I’ve been in so much pain for the past 3 years 2 other doctors wouldn’t listen to the pain I was having. They kept telling me give it more time or I was exaggerating my pain or something. I am very fortunate to have Dr. Ferkel perform surgery on my knee. I had a torn ACL and badly torn meniscus. During my arthroscopic surgery, Dr. Ferkel found that my meniscus was nearly completely torn and flipped up. He was able to repair it, thereby saving me from having a knee replacement. Post op, my knee was healing well and my ACL was found to be “rock solid.” Physical therapy is next, and I’m confident my meniscus will heal well over time.
It was a follow up appointment after the surgery. It was less waiting time than usual.
