Dr. Cain did a great job fixing a torn Rotator cuff in Mary of 2017. I have recovered full range of motion and able to workout without any issues. He and his team were very thorough. Great personality and bedside manner. St. Vincent's Hospital was a great experience before, during and after surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Cain!!!
Dr. Cain did rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder. He did a great job!! I have full movement, rotation, ect..with no problems. Everything healed properly. He is very nice and easy to talk to. He answer my pre-surgery questions and made me feel confident that he would do a great job.
Dr. Cain repaired my right shoulder 2 years ago involving the rotator cuff and detached bicep. At age 71 I am playing tennis, snow skiing and swimming. I feel like Dr. Cain offered me the physical ability to do these things when I was unable to before surgery.
Other orthopedic specialist were treating my on going shoulder pain with shots, medications, therapy. Dr. Cain immediately knew he could repair the problem and that additional therapy would only continue to irritate the problem. Surgery was a great success my shoulder is like new and all pain gone. Dr. Cain and his team were amazing from my initial visit to post care and follow up.
I am from Florida and flew to Birmingham to be treated by Dr. Cain. Had meniscus surgery on both my knees 1 year ago. Took advil the day of surgery and following day. Recovery was inconsequential and much better/faster than anticipated. I was back working in less than a week. Dr. Cain also did my son's knee 2 years ago, he also is doing great. Would not go to anyone else. Very few people impress me, but Dr. Cain was an example of professionalism, bedside manner, skill and knowledge.
Couldn’t have asked for better care by everyone. I highly recommend these guys!
He did my knee a few years ago and my shoulder a year and a half ago, both of which are brand new and couldn’t feel better!!! Thank you for getting me back 100%!!! Tuscaloosa loves you, Dr. Cain!!
Easy to get to see him. Doesn't make me feel rushed or that he can't wait to get to another patient. Takes the time to explain options and listen to my concerns and ideas for treatment. NOT an aggressive physician; treats conservatively.
